Subscription Terms
(Commercial Terms of Sale)

These Subscription Terms govern the purchase of paid subscription plans for Arpany Research AI, provided by Arpany Technologies, a société par actions simplifiée registered in France under SIREN 102 205 135, with share capital of 1 000 € and VAT number FR66 102 205 135, with registered office at 38 rue des Mathurins, 75008 Paris, France ("Arpany Technologies," "we"). These Subscription Terms supplement our Terms of Use. By subscribing, you agree to be bound by these Subscription Terms in addition to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
1. Subscription Plans
We offer the following subscription plans, with monthly usage quotas and feature access as summarised below. Full and current details are available at arpanyresearch.com/pricing.

2. Billing and Payment
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance, in Euros (€), via Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until cancellation. All prices are inclusive of taxes: applicable VAT, where due, is included in the displayed price and calculated at checkout based on your billing address. Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade to the Free plan.
3. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each monthly billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current price unless notified of a change under Section 7.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time via your Profile page billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; paid features remain accessible until then. No partial-month credit is provided.
5. Refund Policy
ALL SUBSCRIPTION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, except where required by applicable mandatory law. In particular: (a) for EU consumers, by accessing paid features immediately upon subscribing, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, as the Service constitutes digital content whose performance begins with your prior express consent; (b) we may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds in cases of billing error, duplicate charges, or extended Service unavailability attributable to us; (c) nothing in this Section limits any non-waivable statutory right under the law of your country of residence.
6. Quota Resets and Usage
Usage quotas reset on the first day of each calendar month, regardless of subscription start date. Unused quota does not roll over. We reserve the right to apply anti-abuse measures, including retaining email-level usage history to prevent quota circumvention through account deletion and recreation.
7. Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with at least thirty (30) days' prior notice to existing subscribers. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
8. Plan Changes
Upgrades take effect immediately, with prorated billing for the remainder of the current period. Direct downgrades to a lower plan are not available during an active subscription: to move to a lower plan, you must cancel your current subscription — you retain its benefits until the end of the period already paid for — and then subscribe to the plan of your choice. No refund or prorated credit is granted for the period already paid. Data exceeding new plan limits may become inaccessible but will not be automatically deleted.
9. Failed Payments
If payment fails, we will notify you and may retry. If unresolved within a reasonable grace period, your subscription will be downgraded to the Free plan.
10. Taxes
Displayed prices are inclusive of taxes. Applicable VAT, where due, is included in the price and calculated via Stripe Tax based on your billing address. The net amount and VAT amount are shown on each invoice.
11. Governing Law
These Subscription Terms are governed by French law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions in your country of residence.
